Staff Picks: What We Watched This Summer - Part 2

Here is the second half our favorite movies and TV series that we watched on DVD this summer.  The first half was posted a few weeks ago so check it out too!


Austenland (Megan P.) This movie is great for anyone who has an obsession with Jane Austen, particulatry Mr. Darcy! Based on the book written by Shannon Hale, this movie will make you laugh and relate to her love of all things Austen!



Once (Devin G.) Set in the city of Dublin, this movie make use of beautiful music.


The Station Agent (Cary H.) Thoughtful look at the human condition. Moving. Starring Peter Dinklage before Game of Thrones fame.

The Grand Budapest Hotel (Kate K.) Another visually stunning film by Wes Anderson starring Ralph Fiennes who plays a famous hotel concierge involved in an art heist.



Orphan Black (Megan J.) Every episode is so jam-packed that 45 minutes feels like 5 hours (in a good way). Also, I want Felix to be my best friend.
